Philosophy of the Richfield Girls Basketball Association 

Richfield Girls Basketball Association’s philosophy is to provide as many young female athletes the opportunity and chance to develop their basketball skills, learn healthy lifestyle habits, and enjoy the game of basketball.  Opportunities are available for a recreational player looking to enhance their skills while playing for fun, all the way through to an advanced player with a competitive desire for more enhanced game play.

The Richfield Girls Basketball Association is run by a volunteer Board of Directors . The RGBA Board Members are all volunteers who are committed to providing a positive experience for all of the young ladies who participate in our programs. Each year, the RGBA Board works regularly from September - March to organize and administer registrations, team formation, practices, games and a tournament. The board continues to work with the Richfield community and meets regularly during the ‘off months’ of  April-August.
