FOR ANY FAMILY OR TEAM TO LAST THERE HAS TO BE COMMON SENSE GROUND RULES THAT EVERY PLAYER AND PARENT FOLLOW.
Each family must sign a Parent Code of Conduct agreement and commit to following the guidelines set within. This code of conduct contract is at the heart of our synergy as a team and a basketball community.
Common Sense Ground Rules:
- if you're a parent .... be a parent , not a coach.
- Coaches have complete leadership of team and player playing time
- Championships are won at practice....make an "A" effort to have your child at every practice.
- Be a role model for the Richfield players. Mentor them by your actions and sportsmanship.
These are just a few commitments we all make as RGBA parents.
